The solution instantly finds the closest available first responder as soon as the customer premise is entered into the call center computer, triggering a push notification indicating the emergency with a summary and address. The emergency response technician acknowledges and starts turn by turn driving directions straight from the emergency response application.

For optimization and compliance purposes, a complete history of all emergency response steps is recorded automatically in the system for later evaluation, such as en-route and onsite times.
